More On The Artists
Peter Kersten , aka Lawrence/Sten is a firm favourite at the Süd Headquarters . Having been the first promoters to have brought him to england , last december & having loved what he did , we thought this would be another fitting occassion to invite him back . Lawrence/Sten , has made waves and has attracted the attention of many names within the music industry without too much fuss & has certainly not compromised on his music . He is one of the most in demand remixers , having remixed for artists such as Depeche Mode's ' Martin Gore , Superpitcher , Egoexpress , e.t.c His music is regularly played by dj's such as Michael Mayer , Carsten Jost , Sven Vath , Ricardo Villalobos , Luciano , Reinhard Voigt , Thomas Fehlman , Tobias Thomas e.t.c. Wether making music under his Lawrence or Sten guise ,; the music is always beautiful , classsic , haunting , deep and there is such amazing attention to detail . Definitely stands out by a mile from the works of many of his peers . He has already released what could possibly be the ep , of 2006 , for me . If you have not yet picked it up , make sure you do ! :) Absolute Killer . ! It's titled Take Me To The Fridge " . Out on his his own "Dial" Imprint . Fresh from his stint at the Ghostly/Spectral DEMF after party , as well as a tour of the States , He will be doing a Live Set as Lawrence & Sten , & on this occassion , he will also be spoiling us with a dj set .

Jacek Sienkiewicz
Jacek Sienkiewicz was born in Warsaw in 1976 . He started producing music in the 1990's . His 1st release ' titled , " Recognition" was in 1999 . Jacek started playing as a DJ in 1995, but soon realised that full artistic expression is possible only through creation. From his first 303 to today?s fully digital setup, Jacek gained both gear and experiences. After two years of experimenting, Recognition Recordings came to life . With fast selling releases , and rave reviews from the music press and artists alike , Trapez and De Bug magazine ' , Soon approached him to do releases for them . Then followed an ep on Klang Elektronik . Soon after Jacek was approached by Sven Vath , to join the Coccoon dj roster as well as to release material . "Techne" was his debut album and the first ever album to be released on Cocoon . he has since , also released a string of eps on Coccoon and his own Recogniton ep . Jacek is currently one of the most in demand , dj's on the Cocoon's dj roster . At the very base of Jacek`s style lies originality: although inspirations sometimes are obvious, the tracks always manage to retain a very individual edge, with a very special string-driven melancholy over accelerating beats. Jacek's live sets are absolutely brilliant , following an almost purist techno path . Absolutely essential ! Do not Miss ! This will be his first ever appearance in London ! .
