Not much really that I could add and I think every time I try I get tangled up. Perrenial issue of the mailing list: If anything Detroit-related is a proper topic of discussion, it brings up a meta-topic: Is artist/record X really Detroit-influenced? Is X Detroit enough? It has been done to death of course, but it springs eternal.
