DON'T MISS FUTURESONIC 2005 AT THE BRIDGEWATER HALL
Tickets still available for two nights of outstanding live music from electronica’s brightest stars:

ROBERT LIPPOK (To Rococo Rot)
A GUY CALLED GERALD
Two exclusives in one. A special past, present, future set for Futuresonic by A GUY CALLED GERALD running from acid house anthem Voodoo Ray through the classic drum n' bass of Black Secret Technology to the present day, marking Gerald's first return to home-town Manchester in several years. Plus one of electronica's brightest shining stars, ROBERT LIPPOK from the seminal To Rococo Rot, presents a not-to-be-missed world premiere, combining electronics with the bass quaking sounds of the Hall's 5,500-pipe organ.
Sat 23 July, 7pm
The Bridgewater Hall

SUSANNA AND THE MAGICAL ORCHESTRA
JAMIE LIDELL with visuals by PABLO FIASCO
A unique night featuring two of the world's finest vocalists working in electronic music. Soul sensation, techno-funk pioneer and livewire showman, JAMIE LIDELL is once seen, never forgotten. Norwegian duo SUSANNA AND THE MAGICAL ORCHESTRA'S combination of glorious vocals, electronic bleeps and drones, harmonium and guitar both seduces and inspires, and their act takes in everything from Dolly Parton and Leonard Bernstein to their own original material.
Sun 24 July, 7pm
The Bridgewater Hall

PRE-CONCERT MUSIC
Get down to the Bridgewater Hall before either of the weekend's gigs for free music in the foye, with Earl and DJ Mark Brown (Fry-Up) present SuperCity by Fat Northerner on Saturday and Matt Wright aka wrNg on Sunday - a turntablist and composer at the edges of concert and club culture. Relax in the bar while you listen.
Free music Saturday from 5pm and Sunday from 5.30pm.
The Bridgewater Hall
