Besides that, I highly recommend Ryuichi Sakamoto's "B-2 Unit" from (1980). Quite experimental and way ahead of its time. It also features the fantastic electro dub track "riot in lagos". (Check Ken Ishii Mix -Up CD). it's worth to look for it!!!
Speaking of 'Riot In Lagos'... also check Tao's version on their 1997 LP 'Esoteric Red' (Language)... which was then subsequently remixed by Plaid (Language 12019). An excellent remix which takes the original track full-circle.
