Does anyone know what this means? Are they putting a
sanctioned stamp of of approval on just certain afterparties? How
does one go about becoming sanctioned?

Just for the record, we are not putting on an afterparty this year
(and if we were, I would not be wanting to be sanctioned by any group
or individuals, etc). I was just curious as to what this meant
exactly, as in if a group of individuals wanted to get their party
sanctioned by the movement
