On Thursday, May 22, 2003, the Detroit electronic music community will present a free, event titled "Techno Brings People Together" at the Detroit Historical Museum starting at 11am. The event is among the first leading up to Saturday's start of Movement: Detroit's Electronic Music Festival. Visit www.scan7.com for complete event information. Event participants include industry giants, local legends and entrepreneurs who will address many aspects of the business of electronic music - including equipment innovation, marketing, distribution, and global influence. Kevin Saunderson will conduct the opening ceremonies and a presentation featuring analog mixing vs. Final Scratch.
