I just got the Almost Human & Tejada on Twisted Funk
and this is a very refreshing record to hear from what
I have been used to hearing from john. I liked the
immigrant album probably the most out of all the
recent stuff I have heard, but definitely peep this
new one out. It's on the broken beat t
i'm real hard on tejada, he's good and definitely wa talented but his
stuff usually doesnt grab me..too smooth and conservative maybe...no
disrespect intended...
but i am way impressed with that m&g album -- great stuff bridging between
techno and house with dope cutup samples (not cuisinart
