I don't often chime in with a spontaneous record recommendation (though
sometimes reply as I already have to the thread above).
But (it's still sort of a reply as this is one cool slice of acid though not
the old school Chicago style requested):

there's some good acid on the new Output compilation. don't have it in

Barada (Bryan Zentz) and, of all people, Mark Farina, have put
out some good aciid in the last couple of years. Mark of
course is much better known for his downtempo DJing and tracks,
but he can really mix just about anything in the right situation.

There's a thing called Acid Kings which has a good take on the more
classic Chicago style of Acid House- also check the Dirty Criminals
album on Giggilo too- a more modern rounded sound with contributions
from Spanky- some pretty warped moments- good stuff though
