A dehumidifier would be a good place to start.
Also - get your records up off the floor and preferably into wooden boxes.
Getting the records further away from the cement basement floor will help
avoid any moisture/dampness that the cement attracts.

It is the Future Beat Alliance EP on Suicide Recordings (an off-shoot of
Eskimo).
It's very nice and I recommend giving it a listen.
Not keen on the cover though.
I was really looking forward to hearing what marco passarani did to miss
kittens joint happy valentine (on the remix 12) but I was disappointed cause
it sounds like prog pop. BUT...Mad professor came through like a Champ! his
psychedelic dub-out is soo heavy! and his vocal treatments are
