From what i understood from his liveset at this years Trackmode Pary, most
of things was pre-recorded to. He played on top of it with his DX7 and he
did sing live...

Also, on this topic, I saw Larry Heard play live about 6 or 7
years ago and
he did the whole thing from
certainly weren't bothered when 'Washing Machine' and 'Can you feel it'
were being belted out a million decibels anyway : )
