I don't know about Belgium, but in the Netherlands there's Record Industry (www.recordindustry.com) that I have my records pressed. I'm satisfied with them, but unfortunately they don't take on any new accounts at the moment (too busy). A lot of labels also have their releases pressed at MPO (http://www.mpo.fr/), I think they ship free throughout Europe. Others can give you probably more info about their experiences with MPO.
There's also Gramofonove in the Czech Republic (http://www.pvtnet.cz/www/gramofonove/en/index2.html), which is really cheap, but people differ in their opinion about the quality.
