Dunno, I think it's a bit of an attitude-thing, in similar vein as Jeff Mills doesn't play that much in Detroit. And the music scene in Helsinki, where Mr Delay currently resides, is focused on hardhouse, trance and other fast, uplifting and ravedly rave stuff, which IMO differs quite a lot f
