I highly recommend the new album by diego entitled "The Persuation Channel" (Kanzleramt, 2x12"). I feel it is the best relase of the year and will probably not be topped. It is a wonderfully intense, eclectic and variegated album, integrating Detroit fundamentals with gorgeous melodic chords and fast, brilliant percussion which Diego hammers out like no other. There is simply nothing like it. Diego's releases have all been incredible. This new album, for me, is a quintessential offering of a future direction in electronic music innovation...a real inspirational piece. Check it out.
