Correction...Cabaret licenses ARE more difficult than liquor licenses to
obtain in NYC;-)  Thankfully they aren't enforced like they were
pre-9.11...but they are still hard as Hell to get.  BTW Cabaret Licenses in
NYC allow you to serve alcohol AND have dancing in your bar/club.
