I've noticed that Afro-Centric music seems to have an instant nostalgia built in. It's almost a sort of ancestor worship. Jazz is that way, as is Hip Hop, as is Techno and House. The Ron Hardy 12" they just put out is $25, for no reason other than, well it's Ron Hardy, from back in the day. The
