This whole issue with conceptual records seems so old to me. I mean look at
all the UR stuff, Code Breaker, The Dark Energy EPs, the WPA records, Red
Planet, Drexciya. Even a lot of the old Mills UR stuff like Seawolf. Its all
conceptual to a point. Its not like this is something new Mills
like him, others do not. Does anything else really matter?
