The Radio Signals are transmitting from somewhere hidden in Austin, Texas, USA. These transmissions can be heard by using a special decoder ring (found in some boxes of Cookie Crisp, Trix, or Captain Crunch w/ Berries cereal) and then by using just the right amount of aluminum foil, Vaseline, and Jiffy Pop (TM) containers!
