Hi Marc, Thanks!  Appreciate the quick response. The memberOf plugin was enabled since I'm filtering access to CentOS servers via  LDAP groups. I'm building a script that will add a user to LDAP via the ldapadd command and will add the user into chosen groups. Cheers, On 10/25/17 12:48

We have multiple failed attempts to reinit the directory (groupRoot).  It seems that the servers that were upgraded to 1.3.6.1-19 are failing on reinit from servers running 1.3.5.10-21. About half way through the groupRoot import using the ldif2db commmand (service already stopped), we got
