Deploying Single-user 4D options...

I normally design and deploy via Mac but I have a need to deploy a very small and simple app to be run on a windows computer. I know I have unlimited desktop and all dev tools for Mac but not Windows. Is there a way to deploy without purchasing another Windows (4D Dev Pro) environment or
