Hi All, I'm using two instances of 4D V15.4 on Windows 8.1. Things used to be like this because i need to work simultaneously with two clients. I used 4D copies many times but suddenly without changing anything going to DESIGN ENVIRONMENT makes 4D crash. It gives back two windows errors wich n

Hi again, The issue occours when 4D go in the design environment, and there are a lot of methods opened. Sometimes i have a Stack error window, when 4D goes in design environment. If the methods are closed i don't have errors when i go in design envirnoment. Someone know a solution? Thanks

Jeff, I just ran a test in V15 R5... Put the object on the form, set its property as "Invisible By Default", and displayed the form. The object was not visible. I then used Object Move and Object Set Visible to move and show it...seemed to all work fine. Steve -Original Message- F

Thanks Steve and John... Steve, I think we're talking about different things. I was referring to 4D's component to manage progress bars. It's pretty slick, except for this oversight. It's top-middle of the first monitor, like it or not... or open it there and then visibly move it elsewhere. --

SVG add object question

I must be confused about how this works. I have some SVG files I want to use to create button icons. These are nice, simple, native SVG. I want to manipulate them using SVG. I can open a file and export it to a pic variable just fine. But I'm not able to put that object into a new svg. For example
