Hi,
I would say that it helps you if you share code with someone which is not
working with the same 'language', or between different version of 4D.
Sometimes, commands are renamed and using the token (:C) force to update
the syntax.
It is also the same for constants ;-)

Hi All,
What is the benefit/advantage of using commands followed by a column and a
(unique) number?
Examples:
OB Get:C1224(…)
C_LONGINT:C283
Open window:C153(…)
Thanks
Cheers

You, of course, aren''t storing credit card info, but you can pre-populate a
proposed name and billing zip code if you want. But you'd be surprised (I was)
at how little relationship there is between the name you have on file and
what's on the credit card a user will use.

That looks like this API:
thanks. I will take a look. I was curious about creating an embedded link
with 4D that has the billing information.
Most simple interfaces I see force you to enter all your info.

If I have a CD mounted as volume "MD_V1" and process Document List
("MD_V1";$Doc_array), the array $Doc_array contains 0 elements, whereas
there are many docs and folders on the first level of the CD. (macOS 10.12.6
as well as macOS 10.15.1)
This worked fine in 4Dv15.6, does not work in 4Dv17.3.
I only did payments (not recurring, or pre-qual or anything like that.)
Also, I did this for a 4D hosted web site to take payments from (my customer's)
customers. There's web-side and 4D-side.

Hey Kirk,
Thanks!
I figured someone must have figured out the correct window type.
Oh cool it looks localized as well?
Appreciate,
John…

wow - big question. I guess where do you start?

Hi Joe,
I believe that John DeSoi has extensive experience integrating 4D apps with
Authorize.net. I’ve copied him on this message.
