Can the internet proxy server be determined by 4D?

Is there a way I can check the system internet proxy server setting from 4D? This is in Windows 10; I have a web service that if called from one proxy does not work, yet from another proxy works fine. I'd like to make a call in advance to check if the correct proxy is being used. Thank you, B
