Thanks to Keisuke Miyako and Ronald Rosell for pointing me in the right
direction to look for the possible culprit.
It works again as before.

I replaced the internet plugin with a fresh copy and I

I have a 4D v13 mac/pc that send an email with a html attachment. this works
I upgraded to 4D v15 mac/pc and the email (plain text) with attachment file in
HTML, this works
