Depending on where you have the built application installed, Windows may be moving the app into a ‘protected folder’ as the application is starting up, effectively pulling the carpet out from under your application. I would suspect something like this if it’s in one of the Program Files folders.

Hi Ken Standalone 4D. Standard server - client Both fine. Not used a built server I'm afraid. All 4D versions from 2003 up work under Win 10 for me. Along with most Windows server versions. Not tried them all. Some older plug in issues. Some need DEP setting, but that caused 4D to fail to start e
