This way you don’t have to convert your numeric arrays to text.

I did not see anything in your image or description that could not easily be
done with a listbox. Native HTML tables don't have any enterability features,
so you'll have to pick a Javascript library to do that. Any library that can
edit tables is going to have a fairly high learning curve.
