TCL 8.6.10 is the latest release. 8.7 is an alpha release, with some
significant changes and is still a bit of a moving target, if memory serves me
right.
The 8.6 version might be a better release tree to port.

I will confirm this. For a while there, I had plan9.bell-labs.com manually
pointing to 9p.io in my home DNS setup. Just make things easier. I still add it
to /etc/hosts on my systems with plan9port.

With the -p flag, ps also prints, after the system time, the
baseline and current priorities of each process.
The -a flag causes ps to print the arguments for
