This site has several kinds of music and audio software, they all are shareware or freeware. maybe you find the software you are searching for. I use Soundforge 4.5 and Cakewalk. These two modify the pitch even 1/100 of a tone. But no soundforge and cakewalk in this site :) http://216.205.158.
