A version of abc2win incorporating very minor updates is available. One of the changes concerns the sequence of notes in a chord. ABC2Win now preserves the sequence in the notation and does its own sorting to draw the chord. So the program no longer requires lowest first.
The preview fully functional but I have not had a chance to convert it into full release. The version is 2.1k.
