As a followup, since my question was pretty narrow, can anyone suggest a
good video capture card for WinXP 64bit? Most of the cards listed on
the AccessGrid.org site don't talk much about 64-bit compatibility.

I restarted the ServiceManager on the Video machine @ 11:15am. Following that,
I tried to once again add the VideoProducerService from my Display/NodeManager

There should be more error state in the VideoProducerService.log file.
If that doesn't clearly identify the problem, send it along and I'll
have a look.

As an additional note to this - even if I try to use the Video machine as the
Node Manager, I can't get the VideoProducerService to initialize properly.
Also, I'm testing without any sort of firewall, so I doubt I'm losing
communication between my machines.

The APAG venue server was upgraded today.
A side effect of the upgrade is that any venue shortcuts for APAG
venues will no longer work correctly. Please remove them (via the
Navigation->Manage My Venues menu) and replace them by navigating
manually to each venue for which a shortcut is neede
I've been working on a node that we had to upgrade from AG 2.1.2 to AG 3.1 this
week to address problems talking to the node manager. At this point, it looks
like I've got everything working except for the VideoProducer.
For some reason, when I try to add the VideoProducer service, I get the
