For individual venues: No. The default authorization policy on a venue
allows users to make the calls necessary to add bridges.
To bridge an entire venue server, the identity used to run the bridge
server must be authorized to call VenueServer.GetVenues. The default
policy does not leave this

servers, if that's what you're asking. You just need to point it at the
particular venue url you want to bridge. This would be useful for
institutions to bridge their venue on the transitional venue server, for
example.
I got to thinking about if its possible to use the BridgeServer for a
completely different venue NOT located on the Venue Server.
Is it possible?
