Yes, same here. We use AG on the desktop more and more. Once our users
are familiar with it, it works well. There is a learning curve and a
certain frustration level that has to be dealt with before it can be
used effectively...

different roles, the role of a back-channel communication for the techs,
but also the role of an out-of-band communication channel for meeting
