You can use E-Backup, available on the jfwlite site.
I am not sure whether it backs up message rules, but it does a good job of
backing up mail folders, address book and the favorites folder.

One of my relative's daughter is blind and she is three and half years old. I
am trying to place her in a good school. I am thinking of exposing her to the
