laptop will continue to perform same functions as it does otherwise.
the problem I might guess could be that jaws may not be recognizing
the insert key of your laptop. To check it out, do:

no number pad on laptop key board.
the laptop users must select laptop keys from
the jaws settings. when capslock key working as
a jaws key. if working capslock for normal please press twise quickly.

Geeta in Mumbai the machines are not labelled but you get a list of
candidates in braille which helps you choose the number of the candidate
that you want to vote for and then you can press the button on the machine.
I am not very sure but I have heard that either all the cases or atleast the
