if incase you have credit card or atm then fine otherwise you need to get
bank chalan. Use google crome to fill the online form but
it is good enough, but, we can't compare it with openbook, or any
specialised software. i experienced, sometimes better then kerzwiel. jaws
won't have proper support. you have to send the recognised text to ms-word.
