When I typed brightness it gave some other options like Windows
mobility center and something like change screen saver
Where is it?

Well, if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows, you can only perform
an upgrade to another 64-bit version of Windows. you cannot install 32 bit
edition of windows. If the program is specifically designed for the 64-bit
version of Windows, it won't work on the 32-bit version of Windows.

I agree there can be difference in the behavior of FunctionKey+F1 to
F12 key combinations on different models of the same brand. I
mentioned F9 and F10 for HP as I used two models from HP (HP Probook
and HP Elitebook) and found the same keystrokes to control brightness.
