[AI] Making header and footer only on first page

Friends I have created header and footer for a letterhead. However, they are appearing on odd pages, i.e. 1, 3, 5, etc. I want them only to appear on the first page and not on others. I am using word xp. What options should I change? With thanks and regards

Hello press insert plus f11 to go to system tray. By pressing down arrow move down to speakers and hit enter. Jaws will say open volume mixer. Again press enter to open. And then go on tabbing till you here volume for system sounds. Increase to 100 persontage. Hope may be useful. Umar luhar.
