Excel 2003 doesn't recognize .xlsx files, however Excel 2010 does. I think it's something other than the filename extension to look at if it doesn't open in Excel 2010. If the file needs be opened in Excel 2003 then saving it as a .xls should do the trick. -- Regards, Zujar... An optimist laughs
