Therefore, convert all pdf files to MSWord with A B B Y Fine reader.
After combining all file in MSWord, save the file as pdf document.

use alt+shift that is the key combination to change keyboard layout

You are also right but alt+shift changes the installed languages and
ctrl+shift change keyboards. Suppose I have selected Hindi language and
there are two keyboards, phonetic and Devnagari. In this situation alt+shift
will change the language and after selecting hindi by pressing alt+shift,
Suerly a big move. But as per my information, escort of disabled person can
also board in the compartment. Our mumbai friends can throw more light on
