Dear friends!!! I try to use VCD cutter 4.0 with jaws 15 in my windows 7 ultimate 32 bit operating system, but whenever I clicking VCD cutter icon, some command promt dialog is pop up and disappearing suddenly. tried with 4.0 portable VCD cutter as well, but unfortunately no luck. so, anyone
