living in big cities capturing the seats in these colleges.
Why not high scoring students who are empowered show courage and compete

This clearly indicates that disabled students have done well in the class
12 exams. I do not think this in any way impacts the number of disabled
students who make it to the college. That number I believe will remain the
same as the years gone by.

There is no point in arguing here. The assumption of such provisions is
blind people who are preparing for professional, banking and UPSC exams are
not likely to have the knowledge of either computers or Braille.
