You have to visit the hospital again and get a new concession
certificate. Take it to the railway zone and apply for the E-card.
When the card is ready, you'll receive the phone call to visit again

button a pop-up comes up with says enter OTP sent to your mail and then there
is a button saying send OTP. Upon pressing enter on that the cursor moves back
