Sec 80 DD - Maintenance including medical treatment of disabled dependent
(Rs 75000 or Rs 125000)
Sec 80 DDB - Medical treatment of self / dependent of specified diseases.
Sec 80 U - available to PWD himself (Rs 75000 or Rs 125000)

Steps:
1. Open the pdf file in Chrome (select the file, press application key
and open with chrome).
2. Enter the password to access the file
