I am using ActiveX with my Android phone and never needed sighted
assistance while pairing or operating the app. The app isn't perfectly
accessible but comfortably usable in Android.

Rather go with smart scale like health Sense, gives you more insights,
is cheaper and pairs up with your phone so you can easily read the
data through the screen reader.
