Hi, As per Para 2, clause g of of RBI's master circular on "Banking services to senior citizens and differently abled" dated November 9, 2017 doorstep banking has to be provided to senior citizens above 70 years of age and to differently abled including visually challenged. Regards Harshit Lohia
