When I use my bluetooth pluto speaker with my dell laptop, it works fine.
There is no problem of synchronisation. But the same speaker responds slow

Use Avoid audio cutoff feature of jaws (turn on from settings center).
You also have a similar add-on for NVDA.
Silenzio is a third-party free program which also helps with the same task.
