They have made it similar to IOS. Flick up with one finger to increase
the slider and down to decrease it.
Note: Talkback focus must be set on the slider the same way we used to
do for adjusting those with volume keys.

After recent utdates of talks the volume keys are not working with
sliders like the one indicating time on a youtube video etc.
Previously the volume keys or the arrow keys worked with it. Any idea?
