What is the difference between opening the web page through google
chroam and installed the web page as an application in windows desktop?
for example, I opened youtube with chroam browser, it prompted me to
install the page as application and i did it. now
Its truly grate improvement towards the accessibility.
Finally you are able to convince them to remove the captcha.

Agree, It is nice that you are openly raising these issues. We have also
many issues in Delhi University specifically from EOC but 99% Disabled
students and Disabled staff victims don't raise there issues.
