responsible. There is no such circular/orders from railway board in my
knowledge. better to we should obtain a guideline for railways like DGCA

I have observed that people are very worried about their jobs, business

thickness paper writing pad, for taking notes manually.
Then again most would prefer taking voicenotes or memos on their smart phones
anyway.
