sharingIf a person traveling from long distance, and after selecting, if they 
not satisfied with salary part, then the person's time and traveling charges 
will be wasted.

I agree to Shrinivasu. Employer will offer industry standard salary depend
on nature of vacancy. Openings at entry level / fresher or experienced
