Dear friends,

How is the reservation system for PWD followed in teaching jobs in
universities? We all know 3% of jobs are reserved for PWD, and 1% for
visually challenged. What is the procedure followed in determining
which is the category of disability that should get the reservation
and in which department? If the number of posts is less than 100,
which is usually the case in teaching jobs, will the reservation
system be observed? If yes, are there any uniform rules for the same?
If a notification doesn't contain any posts reserved for PWD, is
there any legal provision using which it can be enforced?

I know I have thrown many questions. I'll be happy to talk to some
legal expert on this over phone.
